This Was The Second Locomotive In Ontario, The First Passenger Engine For The Ontario, Simcoe & Huron Railroad Union Company. It Was Built By James Good, Toronto, In 1852 - 1853. It Hauled The Firt Passenger Train From The Shed Station South Side Of Front Street, A Few Hundred Feet East Of Queen'S Hotel, On May 16th, 1853, With The Late Wm. Huckett, Master Mechanic Of The Company As Engineer For The Trip And John Harvie As Conductor. The First Trip Ws To Machell'S Corner, Now Aurora, On. This Image Taken In The Railway Yards At The Foot Of Brock Street, West Of The Bridge. Men In Photo Are: W.H. Adamson, Secretary To F.W.
