From 1941-1943 He Investigated Peripheral Nerve Injuries; Became International Known For His Nerve Conduction Research Carried Out Under The Medical Research Council Of Great Britain. He Returned To The British Army And Served In A Research Unit In India- Burma Theatre. In August 1945 He Was Transferred To Rcamc. In 1946 He Returned To Winnipeg As Director Of Dept. Of Medical Research And Developed A Clinical Investigation Unit At Winnipeg General Hospital; Was Appointed Professor And Head Of Dept Of Physiology And Medical Research In 1948. He Worked With The National Research Council, The Medical Research Council, The Defense Research Board. He Was Named To The Annual Jubilee Award In 1960. Died In 1966. A Library Was Named After Him
