The Explosion Was Heard For Blocks By Many Theatre Goers Returning Home. It Was Believed At The Time That The Fire Had Been Set. Near The End Of March, A James Dodds Was Arrested. He Confessed Setting 98 Fires, And Pleaded Guilty To 10 Charges Of Arson. He Was Given 15 Years On Each Charge. He Was Committed For Trial On A Manslaughter Charge In The Deaths In The Radford Wright Fire. Two Vats Of Naptha Holding About 1 &1/2 Barrels Were Believed To Have Caused The Explosion
