He Represented Canada At The Olympics In 1948 (St. Mortiz) And In 1952 (Oslo) Where He Won The Only Canadian Medal, A Bronze In The 500 Meter. He Won The Manitoba Senior Championships In 1953, 1954, And 1955. In 1956 He Represented Canada In His Third Olympics (Cortina, Italy) And The World Championship In Oslo, Norway. Was Inducted Into The Manitoba Sports Hall Of Fame, Nov 5, 1988
