He Had Flown Commericially In Canada, Usa, Mexico And Yukon. He Took His Ryan Monoplane 200 Horsewright Whirlwind Engine By Boat To Skagway, Erected His Machine, Cleared The Beach Of Rocks And Took Off At Tide To Fly Over The Trail Of '98 To Dawson Citiy. He Was General Manager Of Yukon Airways In 1927. He Was Hired By Western Canada Airways In 1928. Then He Started With Wca And Served On Every Station Of Wca Including Flying School Superintendent Of Prince George Base In June 1929. Seen Here Playing With A Dog While He Was In Charge Of The Aircraft On The Macalpine Rescue Expedition When A Party Of Prospectors Were Stranded On The Shores Of The Arctic Ocean. He Flew On The Fisheries Patrol, The Prairie Air Mail, And The Mackenzie River Run, 1500 Miles, Mcmurray To Aklavik. He Died In A Crash In Service Of Cal In 1932 With Engineers H.J King & H.W. Torrie In Nt
